Description:
The text position of PPTX with Segmented Cycle SmartArt is wrong.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached PPTX in Impress.
2. Compare the text position with the attached PDF exported from PowerPoint
2013.

Actual Results:  
The text of segments is in the center of the circle.

Expected Results:
The text should be in the middle of segments.
