Description:
Whenever I go to open Libre Office I have to wait and wait for it to respond.
Is this a feature or a bug? Can it be fixed if it's a bug?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn on computer
2. try and use Libre office 
3. do something else while waiting

Actual Results:  
see above

Expected Results:
1. turn on computer
2. open Libre Office
3. use Libre Office
