To be more specific about the problem(s): On RTF version the biggest problem
with checkboxes is wrong font type and size. Font should be Arial 9, not Times
New Roman 12.

DOC version does not have the font type and size problem, so it is better.
However  both DOC and RTF still show too big checkboxes when compared to PDF
version even with the correct font and size. This is described on Bug 98199.
