svExternalSingleRef and svExternalDoubleRef aren't handled in
ScInterpreter::ScRow() and ScInterpreter::ScColumn(). Should not be too
complicated, obtain the external references as in ScInterpreter::ScOffset() and
for svExternalDoubleRef use the calculation of svDoubleRef that creates a
matrix.
