Description:
MP4 not playing with K-Lite codec pack & OpenGL enabled (LAV decoder)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment bug 138006 (or insert attachment 127315) both from bug 62408
2. Play the video in Edit mode with OpenGL enabled

Actual Results:  
Not working

Expected Results:
Should be working


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
