Very simple greyscale SVG

The attached SVG was created in Impress, a blue box was added to the canvas,
and the image was converted to greyscale using greyscale filter.

In LO the image is imported as blue, but in browsers it appears ~black.

Observed using LO 6.1 beta1 & 3.3.0 / Windows 7.
