Confirmed.

Checked on Ubuntu 18.04 64bit w/5.4.7 rel, 5.4.8 daily build, 6.0.5 daily,
6.1beta1

Two small differences between versions: in the 5.4.x versions the UI of record
x of x shows a double glyph for the 'record of x' (in the example it is a 4
super imposed over a 5, 5 was the record count when on the new record row).

In the 6.x versions that 'record of x' changed to a 4.

In all versions the first 3 fields are blanked out and if you enter data into
any of them it overwrites the data currently in record 4. In the 5.x versions
all four fields are empty.
