Description:
If I insert a rtf into a Text Document in LibreOffice, the inserted text does
not look the same as I open the rtf in LibreOffice.

1. some text lines are missing
2. the text in a table are missing
3. a table is positioned at the wrong location.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lanuch LibreOffice Writer on Windows 7
2. select File ->New -> Text Document
3. focus on the document pane
4. select Insert -> Test from File, browse and select the rtf 'bug3.rtf' (the
rtf is attached)
5. click 'Insert' button on the Insert window.
6. see the content displayed in LibreOffice (screenshot Insert_bug3.rtf.png)


Actual Results:
missing text and the table position is wrong

Expected Results:
1. the content of the inserted text should be the same as the original rtf
document.
2. the table position should be the same as the one in the original rtf doc.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
old version of LibreOffice 5.4.6.2 crash if I insert the rtf into a text doc.
The bug reported as https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118170

the version 6.0.4.2 won't crash, but the inserted text is wrong.
