The scope of this report as per
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40177#c0:

"What is expected to happen...it looks as it did in .odg."

Exporting to .svg has two text boxes in the background when opening in .svg,
that didn't exist in .odg.

Please be careful in the future when toggling things closed, and the rationale
