example ODT file

Added example file that creates the 25 seconds stall on the 6th iteration on my
openSUSE Leap 42.3 system.

Note: Just executing
time libreoffice --headless --convert-to pdf test_defect.odt 

multiple times - even fast - will not show the problem. It just shows if some
software executes this directly one after another for example with command
chaining like this:
time libreoffice --headless --convert-to pdf test_defect.odt && time
libreoffice --headless --convert-to pdf test_defect.odt etc.
