We need to have LibreOffice provide appdata files for each locale.

At the moment it's not possible for software centers to install libreoffice
with the right locale because most distribution split the translations in
separate packages and we don't have the means to offer it.

I'll be happy to help contribute this metadata if someone tells me where it
should live.
