Delete user profile, and start LO.

=> "LibreOfficeDev has stopped working"
Second start succeeds, and it works fine afterwards.

The crash dump is in the wrong place, and the dump ini file needs to be fixed
(DumpFile needs to include the path to the dump file), then it can be
submitted:

(not very useful, there seems to be another issue with crash report evaluation)
