Before we try to reproduce, could you please test with the latest LibreOffice
6.0.x version? An easy way is to use an appimage:
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
