Zero margins DOCX compared in MSO, OO, LO and master

Zero margins DOCX is created as 2007 DOCX, but issue with margins remains also
when saved in MSO as 2013 version. 
In current LO versions 5.4 and master 6.2+ file looks better that before, but
margins in LO remain 0 while they exist in MSO.
