--- Comment #4 from V Stuart Foote <vstuart.foote at utsa.edu> ---
confirmed on Windows 10 Ent 64-bit en-US (ver 1709) with
Version: 6.0.1.1 (x64)
Build ID: 60bfb1526849283ce2491346ed2aa51c465abfe6
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL;
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group

On this system the Arial font is version 6.98 (2017 -- 3,338 chars/4,453
glyphs)

And the sample text in the ODT document has a Bold Character effect applied at
100% zoom. Removing the Bold, or increasing or decreasing the zoom gives a
different spacing--but 100% is visually misplaced. At different zooms it is
fine.

And if I change font to use Arial Unicode MS (version 1.01 93-2000 - 38,197
chars/50,377 glyphs) the string with bold set does not display the same
misplacement glitch.

So IIUC this is a lack of Floating Point positioning for Glyphs bug 103322,
just weird that what should be a solid font to use is affected.
