Description:
In Writer clicking on the langauge show a menu with different languages and an
menu entry More...

Clicking the More... item links to a character settings dialog, not to a
language settings dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click language
2.select More....
3.

Actual Results:  
Character dialog

Expected Results:
Language settings dialog


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
