Description:
The MSI installer consistently 'crashes' with no explanation. It says that it
failed, and to try again later.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I have Version 5.3.1.2 (x64) installed.
Here's the "about" information:
Version: 5.3.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: e80a0e0fd1875e1696614d24c32df0f95f03deb2
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default; Layout Engine:
new; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group

2. Download the latest installer (LibreOffice_6.0.2_Win_x64.msi)
3. Install the file.  The install fails and produces this text:

"The wizard was interrupted before Libre Office 6.0.2.1 could be completely
installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at
another time, please run setup again."



Actual Results:  
See above.

Expected a completed installation
