i tried to reproduce it in v5 but failed to do so.
i upgraded to Versie: 6.0.1.1 (x64), tried again to reproduce and failed again

the issue of disappearing images occures more often at my work, this was one at
home with a (non-sensititive) document i could recover from backups

will update if it happens again
