hi.
my new observations as follows:
i installed libreoffice 4.3.0.4 and it loaded only 22 pages, (even the page
numbers are different).
because when i installed version 5.1.6.2, libreoffice opened this book for me
and the last sentences in 4.3.0, was in page 22, but in 5.1.6, was in page 25!
then, libreoffice opened this book for me after 30 minutes in any version of
libreoffice that can open this file, (i tested with many versions including
5.1.6 and later versions).

this problem (openning book after 30 minutes) is true also for me in bug
