Ran SFC and it reported no warnings. Uninstalled LibreOffice and then tried to
reinstall. Install gave warning 1909 shortcut failure followed by Internal
error 2902. Installed rolled back. tried restart and install again no joy. So
now I have no LibreOffice at all.
