Description:
Sorting alphabetically ignores capitals which is problematic if trying to
remove duplicates.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In cells A1:A4 enter: The; the; The; the
2. Data > Sort > Column A > Ascending or Descending, doesn't matter.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
List is sorted by first letter then second (etc) then case status of first
letter then second (etc). Probably with capital first.


Reproducible: Always
