Description:
In the drawing function, when you add a text field to a shape, if it is placed
in a frame, the coordinates of the text field are incorrectly calculated. The
position of the text field does not match the position of the shape.Also, if
you add a text field to the shape, then cancel the action, then you can not add
a text field to this figure.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document
2. Add a incut
3. Add a shape to the incut
4. Select the shape
5. Right-click
6. Select add text field

Actual Results:  
The text field is added outside the shape


Expected Results:
The text field is added inside the shape



Reproducible: Always
