Description:
I have some issues with a downloaded document ( https://goo.gl/DhuFxV ) it
opens without any problems in microsoft office and openoffice. however,
libreoffice adds 5 extra blank pages from 4 to 9...to edit this I have to
manually unlock it in 2 places and then try to eyeball it into position

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open the document. It's 9 pages in Write instead of 4
