Does it happen in Safe mode? Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in
safe mode.

Please copy and paste here the contents of your Help - About. This allows us to
know more about your system.

If it still happens in safe mode, you could test with a daily build to see if
it makes any difference:
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/
It installs separately.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
