Description:
When you change the "Table Title" and "Table Contents" styles, and after you
add a table, it does not apply any styles. After applying styles when deleting
or adding lines, the formatting is reset.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change the "Table Title" and "Table Contents" styles
2. add a new table
3. apply any styles on table
4. add or delete row


Reproducible: Always
