Cached stuff is just cached, so nothing to worry about.
Enchant is a "Wrapper for various spell checker engines"
https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/enchant
Dbus is a message bus system https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/dbus/
GVfs is GNOME's virtual filesystem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GVfs

I doubt that you have many any manual tweaks to those, so just ignore them.
