Description:
Crash in a corner case of a unavailable external database

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 116527
2. Unzip
3. Open test.odt
4. Edit -> Exchange database
5. Browse -> Open test.ods
6. Expand test
7. Press Define
8. Rename the file test.ods to test1.ods (file is missing)
9. Press Print 
10. Press Yes
11. File is opening -> Little odd???
12. Press cancel
13. Press Print again
14, Press Yes
14. Connection error -> Press OK
15. Press OK again (bibliography selected) -> Nothing happens (OK)
16. Press Print again
17. Press Yes again
18  Press OK for the connection error -> Crash
19 If not -> Press OK again -> crash


Actual Results:  
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash
