Description:
When you create a table in Writer and apply a style and when you insert a row,
all  the style (styles and formatting) reverts back to default. What one
expects is all new rows will be following the styles above and below it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table
2. Create a custom style and apply it to the table.
3. Insert a row in the table.


Actual Results:  
The style disappeared and all formatting goes to default.

Expected Results:
The styles will be preserved and the new row will be following the style before
it (or after).


Reproducible: Always
