Description:
The bold part of Times of New Roman font bold & italic is disappearing at
smaller zoom levels (depending on font size). 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom out 
3. Notice that the bold is disappearing of the first paragraph

Real life case: attachment 140698 (for example page 199)

Actual Results:  
No bold

Expected Results:
Should be bold, easier to orientate in multi-page view
