Start typing in Writer (or in any other app).

=> Undo doesn't become enabled in menu/toolbar, Ctrl-Z does nothing.

Observed using LO 6.1 master build (a541c989f07fd7cf908915a9f005d32aca6cd953,
18-03-24 17:07:57) / Windows 7.
No issue with latest available daily build from 18-03-23 05:06:51.
=> regression
