Bug ID: 116657
Summary: Can't install new version 6.0.2
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.0.3.1 rc
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: LibreOffice
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: gronau97 at web.de
Description:
If I want to install the new Version, 6.0.2 on my computer (Windows 10), I get
Problem hin." (translated: error 1335. The file "libreoffice.cab", a for the
installation needed file is broken and can't be used. That may be because of a
Network Error, CD-ROM reading error or an error of the package."). I can click
on the Buttons Abbruch (Cancel), Wiederholen (retry) or Ignorieren (ignore). If
I click on retry, I get the same Message again, if I click on Ignore, I get
another error message: "Interner Fehler 2350." (internal error 2350.) I can
only click on OK. If I do, the Installation will be cancelled. And then I can
only retry the Installation, with the same result. I can install other
Versions, but not the newest.
Steps to Reproduce:
Just install the Program, in the normal way, maybe you'll get the same Error,
maybe, there is a failure on my PC.
Actual Results:
Just the error Messages
Expected Results:
A normal Installation of the Software
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
