Description:
In Windows 10 64bit my Adobe Postscriptfonts are no longer visible and usable
and are described as 'missing' in existing documents. 
Windows shows the fonts correctly, Photoshop can use them without a problem.
Other softwares have the same problem. 


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new document
2.Try to choose the font
3. Or load a document using the font


Actual Results:  
1.Create a new document
2.Try to choose the font
3.It is not there
4. Or load a document using the font
5. The Font name shows up in italic and the text 'the chosen font is not
available and will be substituted'

Expected Results:
The Font is not usable
In an existing document the Font name shows up in italic and the text 'the
chosen font is not available and will be substituted'


Reproducible: Always
