This should just be "change window colour to black". I see the effect, but:
even Windows itself fails to adapt to this automatically! So the text in the
Win 7 customisation window will not be visible after changing only the window
colour to black.

If you use a high contrast theme, it will work just fine with LibreOffice.

Yousha: if my interpretation of your "Change colors to Dark mode" is not
enough, please give EXACT detailed steps on how we should configure the
colours.
