I reproduce with

CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; 
TinderBox: Win-x86 at 42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-05-12_00:15:25
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR); Calc: CL
and
LO 3.6.7.2 (Build ID: e183d5b)
so probably inherited from OOo.
Once changed and refreshed, the new name is available, but has to be introduced
again into the layout.
