Users may not able to solve or fix up the setup and configuration of Printer
with a MAC OS based system. The new users may not able to handle the setting
process to connect with a Printer to such Mac OS based system. There are
several queries with all the possible solutions has already been provided in
https://epsonsupports.net/blog/fix-epson-error-code-0x97/ that will be useful
for them to access it in an efficient manner.
