Description:
Until version 6.1 with the "Merge with next paragraph" option, the vertical
border was merged with the one in the next paragraph. Now  the border is
detached. (sorry for my bad english)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply a border in one paragraph with the option "Merge with next paragraph"
2. add a new paragraph with the same option
3.

Actual Results:
Vertical border isn't join

Expected Results:
Vertical border is it join


Reproducible: Always
