Screenshot of Column information: 2 fields are too small

Start to import a table to Base, for example from Calc.
1. Select the content in Calc.
2. Copy the content
3. Paste in the table-folder of Base and follow the wizard.

In step "Type formatting" you see inputfields and selectfields. The field for
"Field name" and "Filed type" are too small for the content. Only the field for
"Max Lines" will follow the width of the dialog. The width of the other fields
couldn't be changed.

All tested with LO 6.1.3.2 64bit rpm Linux.
