A cell with optimal height has wrong height (spacing from top)
The attached ODS has only a single data cell, which contains wrapping text. The
row height is set using Optimal height. The height is wrong (too high), leaving
extra spacing above the text in the cell.
Tested with Version: 6.1.3.2 (x64)
