Thanks for stripping down the backtrace. I didn't originally check, but this is
really in the clipboard code.

This was merged on Monday, which might be related:

Win: implement Clipboard Format Listener instead of obsolete Viewer

Just try reverting the latest patches in dtrans and see, if this helps, as you
can hopefully easily reproduce these deadlocks.
