Description:
Doesn't open dialog Macro Security from dialog Options in 

Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 6896f39ffd8a6c4b32b8f601a6a93678247456bd
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
TinderBox: Win-x86 at 42, Branch:master, Time: 2018-11-05_22:40:18
Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU); Calc: threaded

but it works fine in LO 6.1.2 -> regression

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Tools->Options
2. Select LibreOfficeDev->Security
3. Try push button Macro Security
4. Nothing happen

Actual Results:
Doesn't open dialog Macro Security from dialog Options

Expected Results:
dialog Macro Security opens from dialog Options


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
