Description:
In previous versions, can stretch and compress dialog. Now it is bigger than
height of screen, so that cannot see title bar, also cannot change size of
dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select style
2. select modify / new
3. dialog opens

Actual Results:
exceeds height of screen

Expected Results:
should be "normal" size
