Similarly ല് followed by Ctrl+Shift+1 should have produced ല്‍, but remains as ല്, 
ള് + Ctrl+Shift+1 should give ള്‍,
ണ് + Ctrl+Shift+1 should give ണ്‍,
ന് + Ctrl+Shift+1 should give ന്‍.
