Description:
MacOS: Multiple leaks when inserting a page background (bitmap/hatch/pattern)
(and a noticeable memory usage increase)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Attach instruments with leak profile
2. Format -> Page (or right click page)
3. Choose a bitmap & apply

Actual Results:
Multiple leaks at: 

SalInstanceComboBoxWithoutEdit::insert(int, rtl::OUString const&, rtl::OUString
const*, rtl::OUString const*, VirtualDevice*)

libuno_sal.dylib.3      rtl_uString_newFromStr_WithLength



Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen


Reproducible: Always
