Filters on orizzontally merged cells seems to work.

Filters on vertically merged cells does not work.
So the bug is still present.

This is because the hidden cell(s) continues to maintain the hidden value. And
this could be correct and useful in some use cases.

IMO the best way to solve the problem is to add a forth option in the "Merge
cells" window, letting the user to apply the content of the first cell to the
hidden cell.
