Description:
Hyperlinks in exported PDF are only click-able on one page of a multi-page
document, if the links are contained in a frame attached to the page-header or
footer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create footer
2. create some pages
3. add frame to footer
4. write some text in the frame and create a hyperlink
5. export to pdf
Actual Results:
The hyperlink is only click-able on one page of the exported PDF
Expected Results:
It should be click-able on all pages
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
