MacOS: High cpu usage when clicking extensions in the extension manager (mds
mds_stores mdworker)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open the extension manager
3. Click on the different pre-installed items (4)

Actual Results:
ads stuff gets pretty active

Expected Results:
Probably not


Reproducible: Always
