I can confirm that this bug is still valid in 6.1.3.2 Ubuntu 18.04. However I
don't know easy way to insert captions with Chapters in Word. Usually in
documents, which I receive from others, this is implemented in different ugly
ways, but far from simplicity of Libreoffice.
