Ed Macauley, thanks for all your advice! This is all clear. And not about that.
But it's not about that at all. Speech only about the fact that PowerPoint
allows you to change the size and position of the window output of the
presentation, but LibreOffice Impress - does not give - it automatically knocks
them to 0.0 when trying to change its position. That is the problem and she
does not see that she decided to developers.
