If it's of some help to you, open a new document, paste as plain text your 100
pages, reformat. The new output should be clean.

By the way, the epub generated in VersiĆ³n: 6.2.0.0.alpha1 (x64) has no weird
code that I could see. Only the regular span tags around edited text.
