Description:
When entering a new record in an ODT nested subform using a table field
LibreOffice Base raises an error if not all field values are entered although
they are not mandatory. Clicking on the 'OK' button subsequently crashes the
program.

This error is new with the current version under Mac Mojave and was not there
before!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use an ODB database with dependent tables, eg. appointments with several
activities including non mandatory fields
2.Use an ODT form allowing to enter new appointments with new activities using
tables in nested subforms
3.Enter the new appointment
4. Enter a new activity for that appointment and do not fill non mandatory
fields.

Actual Results:
Libreoffice Base raises an error telling you, that you have not entered all
mandatory fields. Then crashes after closing the message box

Expected Results:
New activity stored in database
